2023.11.1 Illinois Tourism Request for Photo Submissions
The Illinois Office of Tourism/Enjoy Illinois is reaching out to Illinois Arts Council partners throughout the state requesting still photography and/or video footage that best showcases your public arts programs, artists and attractions that would be of interest to travelers. Illinois Office of Tourism will then add these items to their media library for consideration of inclusion in upcoming advertising and promotional efforts such as the enjoyillinois.com website, digital banner ads, social channels, online videos and overall media/PR efforts.
Below are some guidelines for image/video submissions:
- Images/Video—Anything that best represents your public arts programs, artists and attractions that would be of interest to travelers. We’d prefer to have images/video that feature year-round attractions—not just one-time events.
- File sizing/Resolution requirements:
- Photography: 300 dpi or higher
- Video: 1920 x1080 HD, preferably .MOV OR ProRes 4444 HQ formats
- Usage Rights: Please only submit items that have no usage rights and that do not require photographer credit
