The Illinois Arts Council (IAC) is offering scholarship funds of up to $750 to cover expenses related to attending the 2025 One State Together in the Arts & Humanities Conference, to include registration, travel, and hotel costs. The 2025 One State Conference will be held November 5–7, 2025, in Champaign-Urbana.

General Operating Support (GOS) Grants are available for Illinois non-profit organizations that provide ongoing arts programming.
Youth Employment in the Arts (YEA) Grants provide funds to GOS grantees for individuals between the ages of 14-22.

Tourism Private Sector Grant
Deadline: November 3
Ranging from $10,000 to $50,000, this grant supports tourism events and festivals in Illinois. Recipients must match the funds dollar-for-dollar, with up to 25% of the match coming from in-kind contributions.
Eligible organizations and communities must be registered in the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) Grantee Portal and meet specific eligibility criteria, including possessing a valid Federal Employer Identification Number.
Tourism Attraction Grant
Deadline: November 3
Up to $200,000 is available for capital projects that enhance tourism attractions. Matching funds are required, with a 50% match for nonprofits and government entities.
Eligible organizations and communities must be registered in the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) Grantee Portal and meet specific eligibility criteria, including possessing a valid Federal Employer Identification Number.
Tourism Marketing Partnership Grant
Deadline: November 3
Tourism Marketing Partnership Program Grant/Cook Co. and Tourism Marketing Partnership Program Grant/Balance of State offer $10,000 to $100,000 to promote tourism attractions and require a 100% match.

Healing Illinois
Deadline: November 4
The Field Foundation, in collaboration with the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), is pleased to announce the 2025 launch of Healing Illinois, a racial healing initiative. This program will distribute over $4.3 million in grants to organizations throughout Illinois, focusing on advancing racial healing and community resilience.
Fulton And Milwaukee Viaduct Public Art Project

The City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE), in partnership with the Office of Alderman Conway, invites Chicago area artists, artist teams, and arts organizations to submit their qualifications for a public art commission at the Union Pacific railroad viaduct located at Fulton Street and Milwaukee Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.

Applications are now open for the 2026-27 cycle of Shakespeare in American Communities, a national program that offers support to nonprofit theater companies bringing performances and educational activities to their communities.

USArtists International® supports in-person performances by artists from any state or territory in the U.S. at engagements at international festivals, global presenting arts markets, and other eligible engagements outside of the United States. The program funds individuals and ensembles across all performing arts practices and disciplines.
