Status of Grants as of March, 2026
- The final report deadline for FY25 granting programs is March 20, 2026. The exception is Arts & Foreign Language (AFL) - AFL Final Reports have a deadline of March 30, 2026. Emailed instructions for final reports have all been sent. Please check your inbox for details.
- FY27 General Operating Support with Youth Employment in the Arts are open for applications February 3, 2026 – March 18, 2026.
- FY27 Creative Learning Grants for Schools are under review. Award determinations will be sent in August 2026 pending IAC’s budget allocation for Fiscal Year 2027.
- The distribution of emailed final report instructions began on November 21 for FY25 General Operating Support (GOS) and Youth Employment in the Arts (YEA) grant recipients. The GOS/YEA final report deadline was December 15, 2025.
- FY26 Creative Project Grants have been fully expended in all regions (Northern, Southern, Central, Eastern, Western, and Chicago Metro). The applications submitted are still under review and award notifications continue to be sent out as reviews are completed.
- FY26 Creative Learning Grants for Schools: notifications sent September 2025.
- FY26 Creative Accelerator Fund: notifications sent August 5th and 7th, 2025.
- FY26 General Operating Support with Youth Employment in the Arts: notifications sent August 5th and 7th, 2025.
