what to bring
In order to maximize your Artist Showcase experience, past
participants have suggested bringing the following items:
Business card or mailing labels You may want to leave your contact information with artists that
you are interested in. Many participants prefer leaving a business card or
label rather than writing their information down for each artist.
Bag Most artists will have materials for you to take at their booths,
and handouts will be provided in presentation rooms. You will also receive
an Artist Showcase folder at registration with information for the event.
A bag is a great way to carry everything throughout the day.
Paper and Pen
You may find it helpful to take notes on the artists you meet.
