Grants are available to not-for-profit arts service organizations in Illinois for quality programming that provides services to members of the arts community. The Illinois Arts Council (IAC) is supportive of programs which eliminate attitudinal barriers relating to the creative capabilities of those with physical, mental or emotional challenges.

Funds are available for activities occurring between September 1, 2004 and August 31, 2005.

Organizations not specifically providing serivces to the arts and cultural community, may be eligible for Program Grants instead.
